When someone asked Brother Kenneth E. Hagin what the Lord is doing in these last days, he replied that the Lord is endeavoring to raise up strong local churches that know how to flow with the Holy Ghost. Our mission at Rivers of Glory Christian Church is to raise up a body of believers that know who they are in Christ, are sensitive to the direction and leading of the Holy Spirit and obey His voice, are zealous for our Lord and are bold in their faith. This body of believers does not break rank in the church but submits and lifts up one another in the fear of the Lord. This is what every church is called to do. From such a body of believers, the Lord is able to show Himself strong in the community and multitudes will bow the knee to Christ and acknowledge Him as Lord.

Today's Christian can not survive and thrive on watered down feel good tickle your ear messages anymore. If we are to  accomplish the works of Christ we should shun the messages designed to entertain and instead position ourselves to be built up, strengthened and challenged to rise above the present-day mediocre Christian life. As the Lord says in Revelation, "Come out of her my people. Come out of Babylon the Great." Come out of the worldly-church. Someone once said, "when I went to the church I found the world. When I went into the world, I found the church." If you are sitting in a church like this, like the Lord, we implore you to get out. Time is too short that we can not afford to play church any longer.

We have received some prophecies over the years confirming this mission for Rivers of Glory Christian Church the Lord has called us to. We have not gone out seeking prophecies, as prophecies should only confirm what the Lord has already spoken to our spirits. But as these prophecies were received over the years, they confirmed the progressive work the Lord was doing in us as He has formed the vision of this ministry within our hearts. We welcome you to come along side us as we follow and flow with the Holy Ghost!
