The mission of Rivers of Glory Christian Church flows from it's vision. When someone asked Brother Kenneth E. Hagin what the Lord is doing in these last days, he replied that the Lord is endeavoring to raise up strong local churches that know how to flow with the Holy Ghost. Our mission is to raise up a church, a fellowship of believers, that know who they are in Christ, who are sensitive to the direction and leading of the Holy Spirit, who are zealous for our Lord and who are bold in their faith. From such a body of believers, the Lord would be able to show Himself strong in our community by confirming His Word and multitudes would come to know Christ as their Lord and Savior.
We have received some prophecies over the years confirming this mission for Rivers of Glory Christian Church. We have not gone out seeking prophecies, as prophecies should only confirm what the Lord has already spoken to our spirits. But as these prophecies were received over the years, they confirmed the progressive work that the Holy Spirit was doing in us as He was forming the vision of the ministry within our hearts.
